Another book, “A Pirate Looks at 50,” debuted at the top of The Times’ Non-Fiction Best Seller List. “Tales from Margaritaville” and two other Buffett books, “Where Is Joe Merchant?” and “A Salty Piece of Land,” made The New York Times Best Seller List. “Below the surface, it is a book that touches on some very serious subjects: religion, racism, spiritualism.” “On the surface, it is an entertaining collection of fictional and non-fictional short stories about drifters and dreamers … and occasionally, football,” she said.
